SUMMER VACATION: CHICAGO!

Our annual summer trip to the Midwest started with Chicago! We had fun playing in parks along Lake Michigan, eating at yummy restaurants like Giordanos and LuLu's and The Mighty Nice Grill. Zoe got to swim lots with Grandma Nina and Grandpa Elliott and of course it wasn't a visit to Chicago without a ride on the Navy Pier ferris wheel and a trip to American Girl Place.

And being the geeks that we are, we got very excited to see Barack Obama's plane at Midway Airport when we were flying home.
