SURF'S UP, DUDETTE!

What a way to end the summer before school starts- a day at the beach with good friends and good waves! Thanks to Garry of the world famous Burgess Clan Zoe got up on a surfboard and actually caught some waves! She was in her glory and is already talking about surf camp next summer.

This last shot is one of my most favorite shots of the whole summer. Every time I feel discouraged that I don't have a super deluxe fancy schmancy digital SLR camera I then get a shot like this out of my super cheapo little point-n-shoot and my world is happy for a while. I still want the nicer camera, though!
